Hosur: Minister Gandhi yesterday inaugurated a campaign to receive petitions from the public in 32 panchayats under Hosur assembly constituency.
A camp to receive petitions from the public of 32 villages, including Bagalur, Belathur, Balikanapalli, Alasapalli, Tummanapalli, was held yesterday at the office of Bagalur Panj., Krishnagiri District, Hosur Union. District Collector Deepak Jacob presided. Hosur MLA, Prakash, Mayor Satya presided.
Handloom and Textiles Minister Gandhi, while inaugurating the camp after receiving petitions from the people, said, “People have hope that action will be taken if they submit a petition to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. All the basic facilities including road, drinking water facility, free housing lease, electricity facility, transport facility, waste water canal, which have been submitted by the public in 32 panchayats under Hosur assembly constituency, will be fulfilled by the Tamil Nadu government, he said.
