Hong Kong, which has been closed to tourists for three years, is reopening its borders with China from today.

All types of ‘visas’, including education, work and tourism, are to be distributed as usual from today onwards.

China closed its borders from March 2020 when the corona virus started spreading. Tourists are completely banned from entering China. All types of ‘Visa’ issuance has also been stopped.

Other countries eased restrictions as the spread of the virus gradually began to decline. All the countries including India, America, Britain have opened up the arrival of tourists. However, the ban continued only in China.

Due to this, students from other countries who were studying in China were struggling to continue their studies. Even more recently, following the rise in the spread of the coronavirus in China, restrictions have become more stringent.

Restrictions were relaxed after people raised a war flag against it. But the spread of infection and the death toll accelerated. In a way, the spread of the corona virus in China is now under control.

Subsequently, China has now opened the borders which were closed for three years.

All types of visas including education, work and tourism will be distributed from today.

Due to this, the long worry of students from other countries including India studying in China has come to an end.

Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin said:

Those who obtained a Chinese visa before March 28, 2020 will be allowed to enter China as long as the visa has not expired.

Visa-free entry of foreigners into southern China’s Guangdong province via Hong Kong and Macau will continue.

This is what he said.
