A consultative meeting of all state leaders of the All India Congress SC Department was held in Delhi.
The meeting was presided over by Rajesh Lilotia, National President of SC Department. Tamil Nadu Congress S.C., Department Head Ranjan Kumar, Maharashtra State S.C., Department Head Siddharth and many others participated.
In the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, 50% of the seats allotted to the Congress party under the leadership of the coalition parties should be given to the Dalit community.
In the meeting, the demand to merge the SC department with the youth team, women’s team, students and Seva Dal team in the Congress party and make it a leading organization was also emphasized in the meeting.
