Madhuranthakam,: In Maduranthakam, a ceremony was held to issue identity cards to Bambai and Udukkai players from Chengalpattu district.
On the occasion of the festival, yesterday, more than 100 artistes came through the main streets of the city beating Bambai, Udukai, Melam and Salanga.
Then as new administrators, Chengalpattu District Vice Chairman Yemumalai, Pushparaj, Secretary Murali, Treasurer Deenadayalan and other administrators were introduced. State-level identity cards were awarded to Bambai, Udukkai and Chilambu artistes at the function.
