Sembakkam, Tambaram Next to Sembakkam is the Ashtadasapuja Mahalakshmi Durkambika Temple.
Renovation works were carried out in this temple and on the 10th, the pujas for Kumbabhishekam started with Go Pooja.
Subsequently, at 10:00 yesterday morning, holy water was poured on the Vimana and all the Parivar Gopuram and Kumbabhishekam was performed with great pomp.
Earlier in the morning, at 6:30 Vinayagar Pooja, Fourth Term Pooja and Special Pooja Homam were held.
Following this, Goddess Durga and all Parivar Moolasthan Kalasabhishekam and Annadhana took place. In this, hundreds of devotees participated and received the grace of the Goddess.
