New Delhi: New share issue of ‘Nirman Agri Genetics’ is going to start tomorrow.
The company, which belongs to the agriculture sector, plans to raise funds of Rs 20.30 crore through the new share issue.
Following this, the company’s share issue will start on the 15th and end on the 20th.
During the issue of shares, entirely new shares are sold. It is reported that 20.51 lakh new shares are to be sold.
Also, it is reported that the price per share will be Rs 99 and will be offered in a package of 1,200 shares. 1.19 lakhs per package.
Retail investors, maximum one pool; HNI investors can also purchase 2 sets.
The funds raised through the share issue are planned to be used for acquisitions and joint ventures and other operational capital requirements.
In the last financial year, the company’s revenue was Rs 13.49 crore and net profit was Rs 2.56 crore.
