Villupuram-Villupuram municipal workers repaired the dangerous pit dug for underground sewer work.
The District PWD Welfare Office is functioning in Villupuram Perunditta Campus. In front of this office, the ditch dug for laying the underground sewer pipe remained unsealed for more than 10 days.
Some people used to fall and get injured in this pit at night.
A photo of this was circulated on social media. Following this, the municipal workers closed the ditch yesterday with a bogline machine.
