Coimbatore: Sri Shakti College and PPG College teams qualified for the state level 7s hockey finals for college students.

On behalf of the physical education department of PBG college, the state level hockey tournament for college students was held in BPG college. In this, 15 college teams participated and competed in knockout mode.

In the first semi-final match held yesterday, Sri Shakti Eng. and Technical College team advanced to the final by defeating Bavai Eng. College team with the score of 5 – 3.

Similarly, in another semi-final match, PBG College of Technology defeated BPG Alumni team by 4-3 to advance to the finals.
