Chetiyathoppu, : Paraduar Sri Agathees Varar, Akhilandeshwari Temple held a ceremony of sunlight falling on the lingam.

About 800 years old Agatheeswarar is located in Akhilandeswariko at Baradur village near Setiyatoppu.

It also has the honor of being a temple consecrated by Sage Agathiya when he came to the south.

In this temple, in the Tamil month Panguni, on the evening of the 9th and on the 5 days of the 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th, the sun shines on the lingam.

In Cuddalore district, it is rare for the sun to shine on the lingam in a temple like this.

Villagers from the village said that every year the sunlight naturally falls on the lingam at the base.
