This meeting is part of the implementation of the programs of the 3rd phase of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH) in the province of Tan-Tan, in accordance with the multi-year plan 2021-2023.
The acting governor of the province of Tan-Tan, Abdellatif Chedali, stressed the importance of this first meeting of the provincial committee for human development within the framework of the third phase of the INDH, dedicated to the updating of the multi-year provincial human development plan 2021-2023.
He added that this meeting is part of the monitoring of the various INDH projects, stressing the need to increase the number of these meetings in order to closely monitor these projects and overcome all the obstacles that may hinder their implementation.
During this meeting, the committee members unanimously approved the revitalization of the multi-year human development plan for the year 2023, with a total cost of 9,967,226 dirhams.
This update concerns the adoption of certain modifications as well as the maintenance of projects that were scheduled for 2023 at the level of the local human development committees of the province, including programs to support people in vulnerable situations, improve income and economic integration of young people (animation of the youth platform, support for youth entrepreneurship and the social and solidarity economy).
These projects also concern the human capital boosting program for rising generations, in particular support for the management of social protection institutions, the equipment of a space for literary and artistic development, academic support for students in public primary schools, and the acquisition of medical equipment for the Hassan II Provincial Hospital and the El Ouateya health center.
