On this occasion, the head of the social action division in the province of Taounate, Amine Naoufal Majid made a detailed presentation on the assessment of the implementation of the projects carried out and those in the process of being completed or scheduled during the period 2019-2022, under the four programs of the third phase of the INDH divided according to the years, sectors and areas of intervention.
In this context, he reported 893 projects and operations for which a total budget of 475 million dirhams (MDH) was allocated. The contribution of the INDH amounts to approximately 453 MDH.
These projects are divided between the first program relating to catching up on deficits in infrastructure and basic social services with 78 projects for investments estimated at nearly 223 million dirhams, the second program (Support for people in precarious situations) with 102 projects and operations, with a budget of 27 MDH, the program Improving the income and economic inclusion of young people (356 projects / 43 MDH) and the program “Impulsing the human capital of rising generations” with 357 projects of 183 MDH.
These projects include the construction, development, extension and equipment of Dar Attalib and Dar Attaliba, the opening of rural roads, the construction of hemodialysis centers for people suffering from renal failure, the acquisition of mobile medical units and ambulances, the construction of reception centers and youth orientation and support spaces, the creation of maternity wards, the rehabilitation of infirmaries, as well as the programming of 218 preschool education units and the acquisition of school transport buses.
These projects aim to support basic infrastructure and social services, assist people in precarious situations, bring health services closer to citizens, improve maternal and child health and integrate young people into the labor market and improve their income, in accordance with the objectives of the National Initiative for Human Development in its third phase, which mainly aims to develop human capital.
