The Ministry of Housing and the Israel Lands Authority have announced that 702 new apartments will be sold as part of a “target price” tender in the new Nahalim district in Katsrin. This is another phase of lotteries for the government program “Target Price,” which offers discounted housing to eligible individuals. Registration for the lottery will begin on April 16 and close on May 7, with the lottery taking place about a week later. The apartments, ranging from 3-5 rooms, are part of a new residential neighborhood that will be built by Y. D. Barzani Group and Avni Derech Group and will include a total of 1,560 units. The Nahalim district will include a diverse mix of residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, day care centers, commercial and employment complexes, hotels, public buildings, and open spaces. Marketing for the apartments is the opening step in developing a unique and cohesive community.
702 new apartments will be sold in about a month in the new district – Nahalim district in Katsrin as part of a “target price” tender, the Ministry of Housing and the Israel Lands Authority recently announced. This is another phase of lotteries as part of the government program “Target Price” which offers discounted housing to young couples and those eligible according to various criteria. This is the first time the program will be implemented in Katsrin – the capital of the Golan.
According to the Ministry of Housing, registration for the lottery will begin after Passover, starting on April 16 and close on May 7. About a week later, the lottery will take place and the eligible will be notified of their winnings. The apartments, with 3-5 rooms, are part of the new residential neighborhood that will be built by the companies Y. D. Barzani Group and the Avni Derech Group, which will include 1,560 units. The discounted apartments for those eligible will be sold starting at: NIS 580,000 for 3-room apartments of approximately 80 m r + balcony measuring 12 square meters.
From NIS 795,000 for 4-room apartments with a size of about 100 square meters + a balcony with a size of 12 square meters. 5-room apartments with a size of about 118 square meters + a balcony with a size of 12 square meters will be sold from 919 thousand shekels, each apartment has a parking space.
Nahalim district will be established as mentioned by the construction companies Y. D. Barzani Group and Avni Derech Group which won the Ministry of Housing tender to establish a unique neighborhood of its kind in Israel within the framework of the “plan and build” method, i.e. the companies will be responsible for the planning, development work and construction and all this within a period of only four years From the stage of obtaining the permit.
The residential mix in the neighborhood, which will be spread over 343 dunams, will be diverse and will include detached two-family houses, some of which are combined with tourism (b&bs) and residential buildings of 4-5 floors and a total of 1560 units. As part of the plan, schools, kindergartens and day care centers will be established in the new district. Commercial and employment complexes, two hotels as well as public buildings and dozens of dunams of open spaces.
