Pediatrician Dr. Tarun Anand has shared a video on his Instagram and told whether it is right to shave children at home or remove hair with a blade or not.
The doctor told that parents should not clean their child’s hair with a blade at home. Doing this is absolutely wrong and can cause harm or injury to the child. Along with this, he has also told the right age for shaving the children.

At what age should one get tonsured?
Doctor Tarun told that the right age for shaving a child is between 1 to 3 years. During this time you can get the child’s hair removed. By this time, the holes in the child’s head get filled. Apart from this, such older children also become a little comfortable with this ritual and do not cry much during the Mundan. Along with this, the doctor has also advised some precautions while shaving the child.
How to care after shaving?
After shaving the child, apply a gentle antiseptic or natural oil such as coconut oil on his head. Apart from this, do not apply anything else on the child’s head. Baby’s skin is delicate, so it is easily prone to allergies or infections.

To get your child shaved, you should find an experienced barber only. They should have good experience in shaving children so that the child does not face any problem while getting the hair removed.
