New Delhi: Tata Motors has bought the factory of leading car manufacturer Ford in Gujarat for Rs 750 crore.

America’s leading car manufacturer Ford has factories in Chennai and Gujarat in India. The company announced in 2021 that it will close them and exit.

Subsequently, India’s automobile company Tata Motors tried to buy the Ford factory in Gujarat. Last May, there were reports that the Gujarat Cabinet had approved the deal between Ford and Tata Motors.
