India’s two largest companies are set to suspend trade with Russia.

While the Indian government is neutral on the Russia-Ukraine war, Tata Steel and Infosys have made that decision.

India has started buying extra oil from Russia.

Tata Steel has said it has decided to suspend trade with Russia.

Tata Steel, part of the Tata Group, is one of Europe’s largest steelmakers.

Tata Steel said the plan was to avoid any disruption to trade.

It noted that its manufacturing plants in India, Britain and the Netherlands procured raw materials from places other than Russia.

A few days ago, Infosys announced that it was relocating its operations in Russia.
