The Tatarstan athlete became the silver medalist of the ISSF Shooting World Cup. Information agency “Tatar-inform” informs about it.

Gennady Mamkin, a pupil of the Tatarstan shooting school, hit 122 targets out of 125 possible in the trap discipline among men and reached the final, where he won silver, losing only one shot to the winner of the Cup.

This success gives reason to consider Gennady Mamkin one of the contenders for a place in the country’s Olympic team.
