The ticket office of the stadium where the Taylor Swift concerts will take place in São Paulo woke up this Monday with a Civil Police operation against the resellers. Federal deputy Celso Russomanno, from the Republican party, also appeared at the venue, where around 30 suspects were detained by the authorities and taken to a consumer defense police station to give a statement, to the applause of the fans who lined up.

Initially, the police removed from the queue those who did not have a C6 Bank card, who would be the only ones who could buy tickets in advance that day, reserved for clients of the institution. Immediately afterwards, the agents questioned those people who would not use a credit card in their name for the purchase. Some scalpers admitted to police that they received $20 a day for buying the tickets.

This Sunday night, T4F, the production company in charge of selling tickets for the artist’s concerts, spoke on social networks about the criticism received for its management, declaring that, after meeting with the Civil Police, it would increase surveillance about ticket resale.
