Taylor Swift Reminds Fans Not to Throw Objects on Stage at Concert in Buenos Aires

During a recent concert in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Taylor Swift had to remind fans to not throw objects onto the stage. The incident occurred during her performance at Estadio River Plate for the Eras Tour concert that had been postponed due to weather.

While sitting at her piano, a “present” landed beside her, prompting the pop star to calmly but sternly address the crowd about the dangerous trend of throwing things at performers on stage.

Swift expressed her concern for the safety of her dancers, stating, “Just because communication means having gentle, healthy boundaries, it really freaks me out when stuff gets thrown on the stage. Because if it’s on the stage then a dancer can trip on it.”

She continued, “I love that you bought presents and that is so nice, but just, can you please not throw them on the stage. I love you so much.”

This was not the only memorable moment from Swift’s trio of concerts in Buenos Aires. During Saturday night’s show, her boyfriend Travis Kelce was in attendance, and she made a special shout-out to him from the stage. After the concert, Swift ran straight to Kelce for a kiss before the couple headed backstage.

Swift’s Nov. 12 show was preceded by another incident, prompting the singer to take a stand for the safety of all performers on stage and remind fans to show respect by refraining from throwing objects.
