New Delhi: Cable maker DCX Systems is coming up with an IPO tomorrow.
This new share issue will start tomorrow and end on the 2nd of next month.
The company has raised Rs 225 crore from venture capitalists ahead of the new share issue. At Rs 207 per share, 1.08 crore shares were sold to venture capitalists.
Subsequently, while the new shares were to be issued for 500 crore rupees, it has been reduced to 400 crore rupees.
At the time of issue, the price per share has been fixed at Rs 197-207.
