Ruyigi (Bweru Commune), 25/03/2023 – Created in 2006, the Community Development Works [ TDC – ] are one of the pillars of Socio-Economic Policy of the Barundi. Received by Mme TABU Emmerencienne, Governor of RUYIGI, and Mme NIBITANGA Diane, Communal Administrator of Bweru. As a good leader, for the happiness of Barundi citizens, this Saturday, HE Ndayishimiye Evariste (Major General), President of Burundi, joined forces with the citizens of Nkanda hill in the Kayongozi zone. Performing TDCs together. Consisting of paving 3 classrooms of ECOFO Nkanda. Some preparing the cement and others transporting it in single file to the site.
