The 35-year-old is said to have sent nude photos of herself and kissed the 14-year-old.

A teacher from the Salzburg region is said to have sent her 14-year-old student erotic pictures of herself. In addition, the 35-year-old asked the young people to send such pictures of themselves, as reported by ORF Salzburg on Friday.
According to investigators, there were also attacks. So she called the 14-year-old to the school library, kissed him there and on him sexual acts want to do. The 35-year-old has now lost her job and no longer works as a teacher.
You face up to three years in prison
On December 2nd, the 35-year-old had to answer to the Salzburg regional court for “abuse of authority”. “Anyone who performs sexual acts on a minor who is under their upbringing or supervision, or who uses this position to arouse themselves or have sexual satisfaction, faces up to three years in prison,” says the Austrian criminal law.
If the accused is found guilty by the court, it is questionable whether she will ever be allowed to teach again at a school, the ORF said. The presumption of innocence applies to women.
