Yesterday, July 3, the National Directory of the College of Teachers, led by its National President Mario Aguilar, attended the Education Commission to participate in the debate on the coexistence and well-being bill.

The aim of this project, which is currently in its first constitutional process, is to establish norms for the coexistence, good treatment and well-being of educational staff. It seeks to prevent and eradicate bullying, discrimination and all forms of violence in educational institutions, under Bulletin No. 16901-04. The urgency of this project has been described as “extra”, emphasizing the importance and immediate need for its implementation.

Mario Aguilar emphasized the relevance of this project in terms of improving working conditions and the protection of teachers, hoping that the discussion will progress quickly and that an agreement will be reached that will benefit the entire educational community.
