According to my observations, crises have their own dynamics: at the beginning everyone talks about them, then less and less and at some point no one talks about them anymore. They are usually only over when everyone is talking about it again: the events then simply no longer make it possible to avoid letting things get too close to you by deliberately disinteresting and looking the other way.
The financial markets often don’t behave completely differently in times of crisis: at the beginning everyone is agitated, then most people get used to the new circumstances, at some point they are perceived as normal or even completely ignored and only when market participants realize again that nothing is normal at the moment a sell-out accompanied by panic, the motto: “Save yourself if you can!”, and a change for the better are in the air. Remarkably, this time there is a problem with this flowchart. Without a sell-out, the stock markets have been pushing upwards with momentum for two weeks. The technical justification for this is, at least for me, somewhat difficult or even non-existent. Unless you see a bear market rally in the recent resurrection.
