Heirship Dispute and a Family Divided

The case pits Teddy and Bintang against Sule’s children – Rizky Febian, Putri Delina, Rizwan Fadillah, and Ferdinand Adriansyah – as well as Utisah, the mother of the late Lina Jubaedah.

What is the core of this legal dispute? Teddy Pardiyana is seeking a formal determination of heirship for his daughter, Bintang, to clarify her legal standing within the family and ensure her future needs are met.

Amidst the legal proceedings, Teddy revealed he’s been working to support himself and Bintang by running a small street-food stall.”Yesterday we opened an angkringan. It’s called Angkringan Bintang,” he shared during a zoom interview on Saturday, January 17, 2026. He admitted the income isn’t always consistent, stating, “Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s quiet. For Dede Bintang’s needs, yesterday he had a sale like that.” The angkringan operates from locations in Taringgul, Purwakarta, and the Kircon area of Bandung.

Years of Unresolved Communication

Teddy explained that the court action became necessary after repeated attempts at communication and mediation with sule’s family, dating back to 2020, failed to yield results. “we took the initiative thru law so that the legal standing was clearer,” he said. He attributed the communication breakdown, in part, to the busy schedules of Sule’s family. “Sometimes we shoot, we’re busy, we don’t see each other for six years,” he noted.

Currently,Teddy’s primary concern is ensuring Bintang, now six years old,has the necessary documentation for school and education. “It’s more about the needs of school administration and education,” he clarified. He also stated he isn’t swayed by public opinion.”As long as Dede Bintang’s rights and needs must be fought for, yes I will fight for them,” he affirmed.

Teddy expressed hope that the court will grant his petition.”Hopefully everything will be granted and run smoothly,” he said.He also firmly denied that the legal move is connected to any dispute over Lina’s inheritance. “If you say you control assets, there aren’t any. Everything has been entrusted to you and there is proof,” he stated.

Legal Counsel Clarifies the Case

Teddy’s legal representative, Wati Trisnawati, emphasized that the petition specifically requests a determination of heirs, and is not a claim regarding property. “What we are proposing is only the determination of heirs,it has nothing to do with the object of inheritance,” Wati explained.

As of the fourth hearing, Sule’s family had not appeared despite being summoned. A follow-up hearing is scheduled for January 27, 2026, with the intention of summoning
