He came to Red from Amdocs, where he managed the Open Network OSS and NFV orchestration solutions. Before Amdocs, Shimon served as Vice President for IP/MPLS and DWDM product management at ECI Telecom and before that he worked at Telco Systems. Shimon has a degree in computer and communication engineering from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Haifa University.
