The 2024 version of the Telethon will take place on November 8 and 9.
For the second consecutive year, the closing day of the Telethon will be held at Quinta Vergarafollowing the support provided by the municipality of Viña del Mar and the good results seen in the 2023 version, where 15 thousand people participated in the stands and a peak audience of 47 rating points.
According to the Executive Director of the Teletón Foundation, Benjamín Díaz, said that “it is a great joy to repeat the closing of the Teletón in such an important setting as the Quinta Vergara. Doing it there also has tremendous value, because it represents a very important desire to be able to decentralize our activities and return the affection to the regions with a closing outside of Santiago.”
Meanwhile, The mayor of Viña del Mar, Macarena Ripamonti, said that “we feel happy and proud that Viña del Mar can host the closing of the Telethon for the second timethe moment when Chile comes together to achieve a goal that directly benefits the people, the girls and boys who need it most. It is a heritage of our country and a true honor to do it for the second time in the Quinta Vergara amphitheater.”
Teletón is already working on the design and production of its television program, cThis 2024 broadcast will have Juan Pablo González as general director.
