Television: why prime time always starts later

by time news

Better to stay up late to watch “The Hobbit” Thursday night on TMC. Announced at 9:15 p.m. by the TV program, the first film in the saga of Peter Jackson did not start until 9:31 p.m., for an end well beyond midnight. Same price for fans of “There’s only the truth that counts”, who had to wait until 9:26 p.m. that same day to discover on C8 a new best-of from the cult show by Pascal Bataille and Laurent Fontaine. The start of this number was however announced 6 minutes earlier, at 9:20 p.m.
