Salesforce and Teléfonos de México announced a strategic alliance to bring Mexican companies closer to their customers. With this, the telecommunications and IT solutions company, Telmex, becomes cloud reseller of Salesforce in the country, offering licensing and implementation services for companies of all segments that wish to continue investing in their digital transformation.

Cloud CRM company Salesforce provides a 360-degree view of the customer, essential for driving success from anywhere in an all-digital world, as well as empowering business employees by increasing their productivity in sales, marketing, service customer service, e-commerce and IT, through the use of automation, artificial intelligence and collaboration.
