For 15 years, TELUS International has provided support to the Guatemalan communities that need it most through its event, TELUS Days of Giving (TDOG). This year, the Official Kindergarten School #75 Alameda III was the protagonist of this noble action.
With a deep commitment to the Guatemalan community and in order to create a better future, more than 800 company employees participated in the reconstruction of the educational center located in zone 18 of Guatemala City. Also, thanks to the 5,565 collaborators who made monetary contributions, which TELUS International doubled, to be able to contribute Q1 million 912 thousand for the construction of 1,500 m2 of this school. These new facilities consist of 9 classrooms, 2 administrative offices, 1 computer laboratory, 1 equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 1 sports field. In this way, TELUS International will be benefiting more than 950 students, positively impacting the education and well-being of each of them.

A project that is not only a physical work, but a symbol of hope and opportunity for children, young people and families of this community.
