Temporary Results Released for 4,089 Positions in ASEP Public Sector Exam – Objections Open for Submission

The issuance and registration on its website of the provisional results of the other categories/specialties of announcement 3ΓΒ/2023 (Government Gazette 51/13.12.2023/A.S.E.P., 53/20.12.2023/A.S.E.P., 3/17.1.2024/A.S.E.P. & 9/27.2.2024/A.S.E.P.) for the filling, among others, of 4,089 permanent university education positions (excluding the category/specialty P.E. Foresters -Announcement 28/6/2024) from successful candidates of the nationwide written examination (Stage B) in public sector agencies, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4765/2021, announced on Monday, July 29, the A.S.E.P..

According to Decision No. 62/2004 and Opinion No. 2/2020 of the Personal Data Protection Authority:

a) rejected candidates appear only with their candidate registration number (A.M.) which is recorded in their online application and

b) candidates belonging to special categories are included in the lists of those to be appointed and ranked for the above categories/specialties without any special indication. Access to complete details is only available to candidates who participated in this announcement.

Objections against these lists can be submitted to A.S.E.P. from Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 08:00 until Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 14:00, exclusively through its website (www.asep.gr), following the path: Electronic Services → Objection.

For the objection, a fee of twenty euros (€20) is required; otherwise, the objection will not be examined. The interested party must submit the fee which has been obtained electronically through the electronic fee application (e-Fee) by selecting → Public Sector Agency → Supreme Council for Selection of Personnel (A.S.E.P.) from the General Secretariat for Information Systems website (www.gsis.gr). The candidate must write the fee code on the objection and pay the amount of the electronic fee by the deadline for submitting objections.

The final lists for all categories/specialties will be derived after the resolution of any objections.

For the issuance of the provisional results, the submitted documents of the candidates were checked based on the information they declared and in relation to the position codes and qualifications in announcement 2Γ/2022.
