BERLIN (Reuters) – German tennis legend Boris Becker has been sentenced by a London court to two and a half years in prison for pleading guilty to concealing property information and failing to repay loans. It is alleged that the ambassador provided the information to Hussein. The lawsuit was filed in connection with the failure to repay a loan taken to purchase a luxury estate in Mayorca, Spain. Becker filed for bankruptcy in 2017 seeking non-repayment of the loan. Becker owed 50 million at the time of the petition. Becker had hidden assets worth 25 825,000 in Germany and 65 65,000 in investments in a firm at the time.
