Tennis: Tunisia, Egypt and South Africa beaten in the Davis Cup

Tunisia, Egypt and South Africa are all three losers in their Davis Cup World Group II encounters. Tunisia were beaten by Greece (1-3), led by world number 6 Stefanos Tsitsipas. Egypt lost to Lithuania (1-4) and South Africa was flatly dismissed by Bulgaria (0-3). The 12 losing nations of the group will play the qualifying matches to try to keep their place in World Group II for the 2023 edition.
