At a time when all eyes are on the “hot” meeting of the Central Committee of SYRIZA on Tuesday afternoon (27/8), Athina Linou sent a cease-and-desist letter to Pavlos Polakis, which she even published in a post.
This latest development comes at a moment when the case regarding the serious allegations against Athina Linou has been handed over to a law firm, following an order from the president of SYRIZA Stefanos Kasselakis to conduct an investigation.
In the cease-and-desist letter, Athina Linou accuses Pavlos Polakis of defamatory and false posts against her, aimed at misleading SYRIZA officials and the public, and calls on him to withdraw them.
Moreover, Ms. Linou also refers to the phone call, which Pavlos Polakis revealed via Social Media, emphasizing that she proceeded with it in an attempt to restrain him from the “downward spiral he has chosen.”
Within minutes, Pavlos Polakis responded to Athina Linou with his own post about her cease-and-desist letter, stating that he “will not take back a word.”
“I do not take back a word from all the evidence I posted and all the posts I made,” he writes emphatically.
