A magnitude 6.1 earthquake shook the region of Luzon in Yan province yesterday evening. Its epicenter was at a depth of 17 km underground. Thus, the buildings shook. Many houses were demolished. Vehicles plying on the roads staggered. Thus, people panicked. Four people were killed when buildings collapsed here. More than 15 were injured. More than 800 soldiers are involved in the rescue operation. They are engaged in intensive rescue work.
