Islamabad:
Six policemen were killed in a terrorist attack in Lakhi Marwat of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan yesterday. It is said that two terrorists on a motorcycle opened fire on a van.
Pakistan Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah also condemned the attack on the police in Lakhi Marwat. The Union Minister said that he has sought a report from the Chief Secretary and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa IG regarding the incident.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has condemned the Lucky Marwat attack saying that terrorism continues to be one of the major problems of Pakistan.
Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that-
Terrorism continues to be one of Pakistan’s primary problems. Our armed forces and police are fighting valiantly. Lucky said that words are not enough to condemn the terrorist attack on police van in Marwat.
