Reports say that the incident took place in the morning in Kabul. The masked assailants fired at the Taliban police who were traveling in the vehicle. No casualties were reported in the incident. Meanwhile, Police Spokesman Mohammad Shah Rasool stated that the terrorist was killed in a counter attack.
However, eyewitnesses say that two Taliban policemen were killed in the terrorist attack. 20 policemen were injured. There are also rumors that a local resident was also injured in the encounter between the terrorists and the Taliban police.
Last day, there was a grenade attack on a school in Nangarhar. This is followed by attacks on the policemen.
