The Foreign Minister and Awami League Joint General Secretary said that BNP-Jamaat terrorists have started anarchy in the country by taking the opportunity of not waiting for the students until the court’s verdict. Hasan Mahmud.
The foreign minister said this in his speech as the chief guest at the human chain of clerics against terrorism and anarchy in front of the National Press Club on Saturday (July 27).
Hasan Mahmud said miscreants have created chaos in the country by using the students’ movement for nefarious purposes, carrying out various immoral activities including vandalism and arson, which rival medieval barbarism.
The minister also said that the prime minister was in favor of the students’ demands from the beginning. He urged the students to be patient. But as the students were impatient, miscreants took advantage.
The minister said that all anarchists and conspirators will be traced. He urged the students not to be influenced by anyone.
He also said that those involved in murders, vandalism and arson will be brought to justice through proper investigation.
Minister of Religion Faridul Haque Khan, who was present as a special guest at the manbandhan, said that a judicial investigation committee has been formed in this incident. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has announced to ensure justice through careful investigation of every incident.
