The Paris commercial court validated the offer of the subsidiary of the Vivendi group, candidate for the takeover of the company Ideat Éditions. I/O Media
Prisma Media and the SOS Group are among the new owners of the magazines of this publisher, which was placed in receivership in the fall.
Placed in receivership last fall, the I/O Media press group sees its assets divided into three. The Paris commercial court communicated this Friday the list of buyers of the various magazines acquired over recent years by the entrepreneur Albin Serviant. No takeover candidate offered to acquire all of the shares.
Bimonthly magazines Ideas (design, decoration, architecture) and The Good Life (male lifestyle) join the Prisma Media galaxy. The Vivendi subsidiary strengthens its young luxury and art division.
Formed in 2023, it includes the French edition of the American fashion magazine Harper’s Bazaarbut also Milk (lifestyle for urban families) and the Côté Maison group, specialist in interior decoration with the titles South, West, East side et Paris. It is the latter entity which had filed a takeover file for Ideat Éditions, which has a turnover of 5 million euros and employs around twenty employees. All are covered by Prisma Media.

Le magazines Stubborn is, for its part, taken up jointly by the SOS associative group and by the Le Refuge Foundation, who wanted « protect an essential media for the promotion of the rights and representation of LGBT+ people”. The title, which will continue its diversification (events, training, partnerships, etc.), will be managed by a company with a mission. Finally, Opera Magazine is acquired by Vendome Publication, publisher of the magazine Dreams, specialized in jewelry. Questioned by the FigaroAlbin Serviant says he is satisfied with this « combination » who places his magazines « in good hands. »
