During Advent, the Schwarzhofener Bauhof again put up a Christmas tree on the market square between the parish church and the town hall. A beautiful conifer also decorates the village square in Zangenstein. The Schwarzhofen tree was donated by the Irlbacher family from Stulln. The Zangensteiner tree Klaus Vogl from Zangenstein. The two trees were professionally felled by the Schwarzhofen construction yard in the donors’ gardens and transported to the installation sites using their own truck and crane boom. The construction yard and recycling yard team set up the trees there and attached a large number of lights. Traditionally, the trees illuminate the two squares in Schwarzhofen and Zangenstein with subtle light from the first Advent and get you in the mood for the Christmas season.

Mayor Maximilian Beer, together with Anton Köppl and Fabian Winter from the construction team, were pleased that two such beautifully grown conifers had once again been donated.

If you also have a well-grown conifer at home – regardless of the variety – that you would like to donate, you can contact the Schwarzhofen building yard, telephone 0173/8863248, or Mayor Maximilian Beer. The specimen would then be planned as a Christmas tree next year. The building yard collects the trees free of charge and of course cleans the respective area in the garden after the work is done.
