Aaron Iseka analyzed on OFI’s YouTube channel the reasons he chose to transfer to the Cretans.
PAE OFI have announced the signing of Aaron Iseka from Barnsley, with the 26-year-old striker signing a contract until 2025. The 26-year-old Belgian striker explained his reasons for choosing the Cretans.
Iseka’s statements in detail:
“I am very excited to be here, it is a very nice country, as are the people here and I am very happy to play in the team and in the Greek league.
I wanted to find a team for whom it is important to play aggressively, to fight for victory but also a place among the top six teams in the standings. I’m here and I want to be competitive.
I’m in a team that wants to play for victory in every match and that’s what made me come. I know we have a lot to do and I hope to help the team.
My goal is to be useful to the team with assists and goals, but also to help the team play better. After all, this is the goal of every football player. It is my primary goal. I always put the team before myself and that is very important to me, as well as enjoying playing football. In the end the most important thing is to enjoy what you do and always have positivity.”
