The venue of the CPI Twenty-Fourth Party Congress was the trumpet of international unity of the communist parties. Along with French, Spanish, Sinhalese, English, Nepali, Korean and Vietnamese languages, the meeting place of foreign delegates also became a meeting place of various languages while the Hindi speech of the representative from America was also included. 30 Communist Workers Party leaders as representatives from 16 countries came to greet the CPI Party Congress. The morning delegation session started with welcome speeches by the foreign delegates.
Muhammad Shah Alam (Communist Party of Bangladesh), Inamul Haq Ali Muhammad (Workers Party of Bangladesh), Chen Jianjun (Chinese Communist Party), Alejandro Simancas Marri (Cuban Communist Party), Li Gorieric Melin (French Communist Party), Nicos Seretakis (Communist Party of Greece), Chou Hui Chol (Workers Party of Korea), Boune Mechou Angom (Laos People’s Revolutionary Party), YR Gyawali (Communist Party of Nepal), A Muhammad Ahmed Thugos (People’s Party of Palestine), Neves Guerrerio Pedro (Portuguese Communist Party), Roman Kononenko MP (Communist Party of Russian Federation), DMP Dissanayake (Communist Party of Sri Lanka), Prim Rose Nomarashia (South African Communist Party), Akad Murad (Communist Party of Turkey), Hilley Scott Joseph and Ramakant Sharma (American Communist Part T) and Lam Van Man (Vietnamese Communist) greeted the Party Congress as a declaration of international solidarity.
