Ottó Fogas, director of the Móra Ferenc Museum, greeted the 25,000th visitor to the ancient China exhibition just three weeks ago. Another 10,000 attendance milestone was celebrated on Thursday.
“I think that we have managed to realize the most popular and significant exhibition of the last ten years,” he said.

The exhibition, which can be visited until the end of the year, features fifty realistic clay soldiers. As we wrote earlier, the purpose of the exhibition is to introduce the method and history of making the soldiers and the circumstances of their finding. The second large unit of the exhibition presents original, ancient objects from the Shanghai museum. The biggest sensation in the collection is a full regal death jade armor.
