Cardinal Joseph Zen Ze-kiun, SDB
Cardinal Joseph Zen Ze-koun, 91, who was the sixth Bishop of Hong Kong between 2002 and 2009, has fallen out with the Vatican by claiming that its secretary of state, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, “manipulates the Pope” in the policy of the Church with communist China.
