The actress of the theater named after M. N. Ermolova Valentina Ivanova died at the age of 77, according to the theater’s website. The cause of death was not named.
The actress died on November 22. “She served in Ermolovsky since 1963, having played more than a dozen roles. Great loss, ”the message says. The theater expressed condolences to the family and colleagues of the actress.
Valentina Ivanova was born in 1944. In 1968 she graduated from GITIS. She played in such performances of the Yermolova Theater as Treason, Duck Hunt, The End is a Crown for Business, We Live in the Neighborhood, The Theory of Improbability and others.
Valentina Ivanova is best known to TV viewers for her debut role in the 1968 mini-series “Gloom River”, where the actress played the role of Nina Kupriyanova. In addition, she played in the films The Lady with the Parrot, Sisters, and an episode of the TV series Soldiers.
