Today, all owners who occasionally rent accommodation on the platforms benefit from a 50% reduction on the income collected. Classified accommodation (from 1 to 5 stars) located in tight areas can even benefit from a discount of 71% (up to a limit of 176,200 euros in annual revenue), which is much more than for furnished accommodation rented empty, the reduction of which is… 30%.
