The president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has resumed her agenda this Thursday and has reappeared in public after learning that she has lost the baby she was expecting. Accustomed as we are to ‘fights’ in the Assembly, the image has been different in this last session.
Mónica García, spokesperson for Más Madrid in the Assembly, welcomed Ayuso with a warm hug. Juan Lobato, spokesman for the PSOE in the Madrid chamber, has also embraced Isabel Díaz Ayuso. The Madrid leader of the PP has received hugs and words of affection from the opposition.

On Wednesday it was made public that the president of the Community of Madrid had to undergo surgery after losing the baby she was expecting at 8 weeks of gestation. This was the reason why she could not attend the annual homage and remembrance ceremony for Miguel Ángel Blanco held in Madrid.
Numerous political leaders have wanted to show their support for the president of the Community of Madrid. Yolanda Díaz, leader of Sumar and Minister of Labor, sent through her Twitter account a message of encouragement and affection addressed to the “popular” Ayuso. “All my love and a huge hug in these delicate moments,” she tweeted.
José Luis Martínez-Almeida, mayor of Madrid for the Popular Party, wanted to send all his support to his partner: “From here I want to send my support and my love to my partner and friend Isabel Díaz Ayuso. I am sure that your courage, strength and faith will help you in this moment of pain. A big hug, Isa”.
