The Coalition of Human Rights and Affirmative Actions (CDHAA), linked to the Dean of Affirmative and Student Policies (Propae/Unilab), convenes the beneficiary groups of Consuni/Unilab decision no. The Action Plan of the University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusofonia (Unilab) to appoint their representatives to update the process of the Monitoring Committee of Affirmative Action Policies (Capaf).

This program ensures, according to its Article 1 “(…) Positive Action Procedures for teaching, extension and research with the purpose of promoting the access and stability of indigenous peoples, black people, quilombolas, gypsies, traditional peoples and communities , refugees, people with disabilities, people with trans identities and people in situations of lack of freedom or those released from the prison system, are hereby Decision and by current law. “

Capaf belongs to the following groups, mentioned below:

– Representatives of the Human Rights Organization

– Representatives of the Dean of Undergraduate Studies

– Representatives of the Dean of Research and Postgraduate Studies:

– Representatives of the Dean of Extension, Art and Culture;

– Representation of students from Ceará and Bahia;

– Representative of teachers, for the institution;

– Representatives of Management Engineers in Education;

Representatives of social sectors that benefit from affirmative action:

– Native;

– Negroes;

– Quilombolas;

– Gypsies;

– People’s culture and environment;

– Refugees;

– People with disabilities;

– People with trans identities and people who are free or released from the prison system.
