The Confederation of African Football revealed new features for the Super Cup match, which will bring together traditional rivals Al-Ahly and Zamalek in Saudi Arabia.
CAF revealed a new version of the African Super Cup, which will be carried by the winner of the match, as he published special pictures of the cup on his account on the social networking site Instagram.
The cup appeared in a joyful appearance, radically different from the usual old version, as it will be delivered on Friday to the winner from Al-Ahly, the African Champions League champion, and Zamalek, the African Confederation champion.
CAF also unveiled the official ball that will be used in the match, which is called “Al-Ula”.
The ball is colored with colors with valuable symbols and expresses the nature of African football. The word refers to the meanings of elevation and success in the Arabic language, and the same word expresses wealth and honor in European languages.
The match will be held at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, amid expectations that it will witness a rivalry between the two traditional rivals.
