The Air Force last week completed its participation in the international exercise “Inuyos” held in Greece. The IDF spokesman said that the exercise was conducted jointly with the air forces of Greece, the United States, France, Italy, Canada, Cyprus and Slovenia and is an important milestone in strengthening strategic-international cooperation between Israel and the various countries.
During the exercise, the Israeli teams practiced “wing to wing” with the foreign teams, while learning, sharing and mutually fertilizing. In addition, dozens of aircraft simulated air-to-air combat scenarios, dealing with an advanced TKA (surface-to-air missile) threat, combat descriptions in enemy territory, flying in unfamiliar areas and practicing joint flight descriptions consisting of heterogeneous air force teams.
