Summer heats up in the air sector. The unions threaten a General strike in protest against abusive minimum services which, as they denounce, the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (Mitma) systematically decrees every time they call mobilizations and which, as they understand, prevents them from exercising their fundamental right to strike. The announcement has been made Javier Fernández-Picazo, general secretary of the majority union of pilots, Sepla; that he has ensured that the discomfort over this issue is widespread in the sector and that there have already been contacts between the union organizations of the different groups to call the protests.

Sepla assures that its discomfort with the minimum services is shared by other groups in the sector such as controllers, maintenance technicians and cabin crew (TCP).
